COMMISSION PROCESS
1) Sketch : Samples will be sent to client for approval
2) Final Sketch Approval & Payment : Once the final sketch revision is approved, please pay upfront the total. (If total is $100+, client may pay 50% of base price first).
3) Progress Updates : I'll send pics of updates/samples for you to choose from like colors, details & etc. Commission progress can be viewed here: Trello
4) Finished Illustration : I'll send a Google Drive link for client to download the pictures. (But if you payed only 50% first, I'll show a small preview of the illustration and wait for the rest of the payment before I send the link).

TERMS OF SERVICE
Refund Policy : After the final sketch has been approved and paid by the commissioner but wishes to cancel the commission, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If the commission is already in the coloring stage, no refunds will be given whatsoever.
Complexity fees : Additional fees to the base price may be charged depending on the complexity of the design/pose/composition for the commission. Rush commission with short deadlines costs more.
Edits : Edits can be made during completion as long it doesn't make the commission more complicated or detailed than what was agreed upon in the price (unless you are happy to pay for the additional fees). If I forgot to include something or did not follow the reference images correctly, I will fix it if you alert me to it. Big changes such as pose/composition/outfits etc. will not be allowed once I have started coloring unless paid with an additional +$5 USD for each major edit.
Finished pieces : You are free to upload it to your social media, but please credit and retain my watermark. If you do not want me to upload your commission to my social media accounts, please tell me beforehand. The dimensions of the high res finished pieces will be 1000 - 2000px.
Art Usage : I retain rights to my art to display them as commission samples, portfolios, speedpaints, etc. unless specified to keep it private. Commissions are not for commercial usage unless they were commissioned for those purposes.
